PRIORITIES
Know what matters first.
Leadership sets the order. Wolfpack shows which priorities are effectively resourced, which are at risk, and what’s getting in the way.

See what can actually support the work.
Capacity is the people actually available to do the work. Wolfpack shows what’s allocated, what’s effective, and what’s already committed elsewhere.

THE GAP
Not just that you’re short. Where — and by how much.
Each shortfall is traced to the function creating it, so the constraint is clear and actionable.

OUR NORTH STAR
Most work management tools tell you what’s happening. Wolfpack tells you whether you’re equipped to deliver it.
THE RESOURCING GAP
Your top priority is four people short.
Any work tool can show you a workload chart. It can show every person balanced at 85% while your most important initiative quietly fails — because balance says nothing about whether people are on the right things.
A 20% shortfall is abstract. Four missing people isn’t.

OPS REALITY CHECK
Frequently avoided questions.
We already use Jira and Asana. Isn’t that enough?
Those tools track the work. They don’t tell you whether the people assigned to it are actually available to do it. A board can be perfectly groomed while the initiative behind it is four people short — Wolfpack is the layer that catches that.
How does Wolfpack know actual team capacity?
From the systems that already hold it: assignments, calendars, leave and on-call rotations. Nobody logs hours. Capacity is derived from commitments people have already made, not from what they say they will do.
What if our estimates aren’t complete?
They rarely are. Wolfpack works from allocation rather than estimation — who is assigned to what, and how much of them is genuinely available. Incomplete estimates make the numbers less precise; they don’t stop the gap being visible.
What happens when a priority is under-resourced?
You see it, with the reason attached — which function is short, by how much, and whether the constraint is headcount or sequencing. Wolfpack doesn’t reassign anyone. It makes the trade-off explicit so a person can make it.
Does Wolfpack replace our project-management software?
No. It sits above it. Teams keep working where they work; Wolfpack reads across those tools and answers the question none of them can — whether the plan is actually staffed.
